Waterside Yard – Concrete Slab Remedial Work

At HHA’s maintenance service building and yard the concrete floor slabs were showing signs of deflection. We undertook an investigation inside and outside of the building and proposed a solution to pump foam concrete into the voids that were found under the slabs. Works were completed whilst maintaining 24/7 access for HHA’s work and also allowed all areas to be released for forklift operations
