Landguard Point – Warden’s Bungalow Extension Rebuild

The Warden’s bungalow adjacent to the radar tower has an existing extension built in WW2 which was in need of a major update. The extension is used as an office for the warden and council officers. The old extension and foundations were completely demolished and a new reinforced concrete slab was constructed. Drainage will be relaid and the external gardens landscaped. The new office extension will be bigger and brought up to new building control regulations.
