Ha’Penny Pier – Deck Timber Beam Replacement

These works were a continuation of HHA’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of the pier and involved installing new deck support timbers.

These timbers were threaded under the deck with a scaffold platform providing access under the pier. The existing deck timbers were then coach screwed to the new support timbers. The works were undertaken alongside the third pontoon refurbishment works which made savings for the client and minimised disruption to the pier users.
